Verley|The book looks fantastically thorough, and I'm excited to continue reading it, but there are literally at least a couple DOZEN pages that did not get printed in my book. It's not that these pages were mistakenly added as extra blank pages, the page numbers go from 277-280 or 301-304 and there's nothing in between|About the Author|H.
